1. Booking Confirmation

All booking confirmations are subject to the availability basis.

2. Payment Online

  • You can settle the payment online for all products that you have purchased at balibestadventure.com.
  • When you purchase/book the products at balibestadventure.com . Our team will process your booking first and then give you the official confirmation through email later
  • You do not need to settle the payment before you get the official confirmation
  • Confirmation letter will be sent within 24 hours. In case some of circumstances, it might be extended
  • You will be notified the deadline of payment and the total invoice that you have to settle on the confirmation
  • Payment must be made after you get the official confirmation from our team which is notified through your email

3. Cancellation policy

24 Hours Prior
Full refund 24 Hours prior to your Activities, you may cancel your Voucher by contacting Bali Best Adventure
customer service within the cancellation period, A Voucher canceled with the required notice will be refunded in full to the credit card you used to purchase such Voucher.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the experience is non-refundable
